	Our History Food Sales Systems came into existence in 1983 with the merger of two existing companies, Sales Systems, Inc. and Food Sales Incorporated. At the time of the merger, both had been in business for about twenty years.

Our Market Coverage
We insure complete coverage at both the distributor and operator level, incorporating a team approach to reach the distributor, key account and special segment markets.

Geographically speaking we cover the following Texas counties: Anderson, Archer, Baylor, Bell, Bosque, Bowie, Brown, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Clay, Collin, Comanche, Cooke, Coryell, Dallas, Delta, Denton, Eastland, Ellis, Erath, Falls, Fannin, Franklin, Freestone, Grayson, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Hill, Hood, Hopkins, Hunt, Jack, Johnson, Kaufman, Lamar, Lampasas, Limestone, Marion, McLennan, Mills, Montague, Morris, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Panola, Parker, Rains, Red River, Rockwall, Rusk, San Saba, Smith, Somervell, Stephens, Tarrant, Throckmorton, Titus, Upshur, Wichita, Wilbarger, Wise, Wood and Young. However, as needed, we go where our distributors go!

	Our Business Philosophy Our business philosophy is such that we continually reinvest resources to insure continued growth. And we feel strongly that utilizing the right and current technology is critical to success. Our entire organization, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Administration and Management is trained and equipped with the most current technology. This includes order processing, E.D.I. order transmittal, FAX order transmittal, bill-back and promotion tracking, tracking promotion payment, sales call entry, sales measurement, in-house graphic design and printing capabilities and more. In addition we have fully computerized our contract & bid department, which gives us previous bid history for more knowledgeable bidding information.

	Our Facilities Our 27,389 square foot, company owned, free-standing facility houses both the headquarters for Food Sales Systems and Warehouse Systems.Warehouse Systems occupies 21,389 square feet of space and functions as a public warehouse, operating autonomously from the brokerage business. Food Sales Systems occupies 6,000 square feet of office space which includes reception, formal conference room, sales conference room, communication center, private offices, work stations for all sales people, walk-in racked sample freezer, walk-in racked sample cooler, a 550 square foot fully equipped kitchen, and an 800 square foot meeting room which will seat 50 comfortably, a professional board room which will seat 10 to 12 comfortably and a non-foods display area.
